- Can my 3solid Art Print be created from a color photo or do I have to send a black and white one?
- Of course you can supply us with a color photo! We take any digital photo, as long as it is of a high enough quality, and create your custom artwork. Any photo taken from your digital camera will work perfectly! (no images downloaded from the internet please)
- Can I send a photo through snail mail (aka the Post Office)?
- Sorry, but we only accept digital photos. If you only have a printed copy and don’t have a scanner just ask friends or family to scan it at 300dpi or higher and you will be all set.
- How is a 3solid Art Print created? Is it done by hand?
- We create all 3solid Art Prints by hand, however not in the traditional way. A 3solid Art Print is digital photo art, created solely in a digital manner by one of our talented artists. Rest assured, however, that a 3solid Art Print is custom made vector artwork that cannot be duplicated by any plug-in or filter.
- Are all 3solid Art Prints black and white?
- In short, yes. A 3solid Art Print is an abstract 3-toned grayscale image, based on people/animals in a digital photo (no landscape or scenery).
- Can you make my 3solid Art Print with different colors?
- In the future we may offer different color palettes if there is enough demand for it, however currently we only offer the grayscale palette.
- Do you frame the artwork or will I have to purchase a frame separately?
- Your 3solid Art Print will be ready to hang as soon as it arrives at your door. Since it is a gallery wrapped canvas no frame is necessary. Instead, it has an internal wooden frame that the canvas is wrapped around with wire hanging hardware attached directly to the frame. This way you can properly enjoy your 3solid Art Print as soon as it arrives!
- How can you sell custom gallery wrapped artwork for $145 when others charge more than that just for gallery wrapping services?

- Can I get my 3solid Art Print in a different size?
- Currently 3solid Art Prints are available in just one size, a 16″x24″ gallery wrapped canvas. If we receive enough demand for a particular size though we will add it in the future, so let us know what you think!
